Sherwood, Ark. resident Emanuel Brooks III will serve the real estate needs of buyers and sellers in and around the counties of Pulaski, Saline, Lonoke, Faulkner, Jefferson and Grant. As a sales associate, Brooks specializes in residential, first-time homebuyer and farm and land real estate services. He is affiliated with the North Little Rock branch office of Crye-Leike, Realtors, located at 3400 John F. Kennedy Boulevard, and holds membership in the National Association of Realtors and the North Pulaski Board of Realtors. MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Crye-Leike Affiliate Broker Nancy Guy was elected President of the Tennessee Real Estate Education Foundation (TREEF) during the 87th Tennessee Association of Realtors (TAR) convention held in San Antonio, Texas.

 

The Tennessee Real Estate Educational Foundation is TAR's non-profit educational component. Established in 1968, the Foundation oversees the Graduate Realtor Institute program, as well as other services. The mission of TREEF is to advance the delivery of knowledgeable and professional real estate services to the citizens of Tennessee, through high-quality education and training for the real estate industry, according to the organizations mission statement.

NASHVILLE, Tenn.- The Bellevue office of Crye-Leike, Realtors has been designated as a collection site for the 2006 United States Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Campaign. This is the fifth consecutive year the office has opened its doors to the campaign. Members of the community are invited to drop off a new, unwrapped toy during regular business hours through December 14, 2006.

 

In addition to the Toys for Tots Campaign, the office has an ongoing effort to collect items to be sent to the members of the USMC Reserve Training Center who are currently deployed and serving in Baghdad.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - The Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors, has awarded Crye-Leike associate Judy Smith the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation.

 

Requirements for this ABR designation include practical experience in the field of buyer representation, a comprehensive two-day training course in buyer representation and a written exam on legal and practical aspects of client representation.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Crye-Leike, Realtors announces that the Council of Residential Specialists, a not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), has awarded Bill Hammersley the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS).

 

The CRS designation is a nationally recognized professional designation and the highest credential awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field. The CRS program provides Realtors with the skills needed to render greater and broader services to help clients maximize profits and minimize costs in the home buying and selling transaction process. To earn the CRS credential, Hammersley demonstrated professional expertise and a proven track record in the field of residential real estate, as well as advanced education in the related fields of finance, marketing and technology. Fewer than 38,000 of Realtors nationwide earn the CRS designation.
