Andrea Maholland, New Manager at Crye-Leike Springfield Office
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. has named Realtor Andrea J. Maholland as managing broker and sales manager of its Springfield branch office, located at 504 22nd Avenue, East.
A resident of Pleasant View, Maholland is responsible for the sales production, recruitment and management of 35 Crye-Leike sales associates who market residential and commercial real estate properties in Cheatham, Robertson and surrounding counties.
Maholland has been in real estate for seven years. She is a member of the National, Tennessee and Robertson County Association of Realtors.

Crye-Leike Steps Up Recruitment Efforts
Nashville, Tenn. - Crye-Leike of Nashville, Inc. has named broker Brenda Decker of Brentwood to the newly-established position of director of recruitment for the Middle Tennessee region. In her new role, Decker will be responsible for the recruitment of new sales associates to join Crye-Leike's team of over 800 agents serving nine counties in Middle Tennessee.
"It has taken us 10 years since Crye-Leike came to Middle Tennessee to build our infrastructure and presence in the area, but we are now well positioned in the market with 21 branch and franchise offices in Middle Tennessee," said Harold Crye, chief executive officer. "Establishing a director of recruitment is a natural next step for us as we focus on a more concerted effort in recruiting sales associates."
