Johnson City, Tenn. - Marilyn Robertson and Stephanie Conner have been named
co- managers of Crye-Leike, Realtors' Johnson City branch office, located at 128 Princeton Road, announced Harold E. Crye, chief executive officer. They will be responsible for the sales production, recruitment and management of 46 sales associates who market residential, commercial and investment property sales in the Tri-Cities as well as surrounding counties.
Marilyn Robertson is the managing broker of Crye-Leike's Johnson City branch office with over 16 years of residential sales experience. She is president-elect of the Northeast Tennessee Association of Realtors (NETAR), a member of the National Association of Realtors and serves as a member of the board of directors of the Tennessee Association of Realtors. As the largest real estate company in Tennessee and the Mid-South reaches its 25-year milestone in 2002, Crye-Leike Chief Executive Officer Harold E. Crye reports that Crye-Leike is a strong, viable company that will continue to grow. Preliminary fourth quarter sales figures indicate that Crye-Leike will reach record sales of nearly $3 billion for a third year in a row, ranking the Memphis-based company as 13th among the country's largest residential real estate brokers and eighth among independent firms.
Crye-Leike officials will make this announcement to its 2,200 sales associates at the company's 25th annual meetings held January 2002 in its Memphis, Nashville and Chattanooga regions. Industry sources claim this new Internet data display policy to be the most important industry development since the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), making it the next evolutionary step for MLS systems into the electronic age.
Crye-Leike made this business decision of including other participating brokers' listings on its Web site, "to promote the best interests of its clients, to enhance cooperation between Realtors and to use the Internet to better serve its clients and customers," announced Harold E.
